I had the privilege of working with Teresina Jessie for the purpose of selling my parents home in the summer of 2018.  I was extremely impressed with her ethical behavior, honest character, and high energy level. She was highly knowledgeable in advising me what to do, and what not to do to prepare the home for getting the highest bid, and the quickest sale.  She recommended an experienced and trustworthy carpet cleaner, and even did work on the home herself to prepare it. She drove all the way to Tampa where my parents had moved to an Assisted Living Facility to have them sign the contract papers.  And she also arranged for the Title Company to go there as well, all so my parents wouldn't have to make the long and exhausting drive back to Homosassa.
